So nice to have the pond and the park so close. We like the amenities and have found the office staff helpful.

Convenient, affordable apartments.

Easy, apartment living without feeling like you're in an apartment. The pond is a great place to take your dog, and children. Feeding the ducks and geese is something we love to do very often. The maintenance and office staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We have lived in many apartments and would prefer Adagio by far.

I would say that I am very lucky to be able to live here, I have an awesome view and convenience to work and my credit union and Harmon's and Smiths are really close too. I used to drive 130 miles a day commuting to work. Its like less than 10 to where I need to go now. The neighbors are really nice too. The girls in the office are great.

I was out apartment shopping, my family is moving to Utah shortly. Holly greeted my with a friendly smile and took the time to show me the property and answered the quaetions I had. Look forward to possibly making this our home until we get into a house.

I enjoy living here so far. I have been here for two months and every thing seems to be what I expected. The maintenance repair items within 1-2 days. The gym room is nice and the equipment works well. The grounds are kept in good shape and I like the mail lady.
